I have a 2006 Prius with 250,000 miles on it, and I love it. I have had no problems with it, but I decided it was time for a new car. I did the onkine research to figure out exactaly which new Prius I wanted, and then I requested an online quote from Janzen. The particular color and packages I wanted weren't available at a dealership in Oklahoma, but Grant went the extra mile to track down exactly the car I wanted in a delivery that was scheduled to go to a dealership in a nearby state. he worked with that dealership to reroute the delivery to me, and it arrived sooner thn we anticipated. I got exactly the car I wanted for the pricd I expected to pay. My 1st Toyota was a Camry with 280,000 miles on it when I sold it, my second Toyota is my 2006 Prius with 250,000 miles on it, and I expect to put at least 250,000 miles on this new one too. I'm a happy Toyota owner, and I'll work with Grant again in 6 years when I buy my next Prius

I contacted ten dealers from Las Vegas to Kansas City, and the ONLY dealership that listened to me was Janzen Toyota. Grant heard what I was asking for and delivered it. I didn't plan on going 700 miles to get my Tacoma, but the ride home was a joy. Thanks, Janzen!

I have always been happy with the purchase of my vehicle and the service I have received at Janzen Toyota. But today, they went above and beyond. I dropped my van off panic...king because the dvd player wasn't working the day before we left to go to Colorado. They told me that the dvd people from OKC had already came and gone this morning and that they would do their best to get it fixed before our ...trip. And they did! One of their service guys drove it to OKC to have it repaired even though I offered to take it. Then when I couldn't make it back to the dealership before 6:00 because of my puking baby boy, they delivered it to my home and picked up the loaner car, that Suzi Kugel-Courtright hooked me up with! AND I'm not sure how much gas I started with, but I'm pretty sure I have more in my tank now! If you need a new car, go to Janzen's in Stillwater! They know what customer service is supposed to look like! :)

My name is David Coates and I would like to tell everyone about my recent car buying experience.  As a former employee of Janzen Toyota, I made a promise to Juergen Janzen, that I when the time for a new vehicle arrived, I would return.  Facing potential repairs on an out of warranty and discontinued Pontiac, the time came sooner than I had expected. 

While employed as a salesman at another respected local dealership, I began to feel the crunch of the economic times and began to pursue a career in nursing.  Prior to being accepted to the OU accelerated RN program, sales manager Ted Sebring gave me the opportunity to join the sales team at Janzen's.  A few months after I began selling for Janzen's, I received an acceptance letter in the mail.  Having insight and experience in this business, I was initially tempted to keep my acceptance hidden until the very last moment when my final check was in hand.  Instead, I chose to follow my conscience?.to do what was right, and informed Mr. Janzen months in advance of my upcoming departure, knowing that many dealerships would tell me to pack my things (and forget about the unpaid commissions).  I had faith, knowing that Janzen Toyota not only values the customer, but the employee as well.  My last month at the dealership was not a record month for me, a former "salesman of the year".  I sold 3 or 4 units and did not come close to my guaranteed monthly income.  Despite this, Juergen paid me in full (this is unheard of in the car business), shook my hand, and wished me the very best. 

Like everyone else faced with an auto purchase, I wanted to buy a new car at a great price, get more for my trade than it was worth, and lower my monthly payment.  I know fantasy right? Choosing my salesperson was difficult because I have so much respect for my former colleagues, all of whom have made gracious and sincere gestures while I was an employee and beyond.  I chose to work with Grant Rempel because he is young, enthusiastic, chasing the veterans and a member of the Janzen family?..and likely to be around for my next purchase! 

My thanks to Mr. Janzen, Ted Sebring, Foster (the finance guru), and Grant.   (Oh, by the way?.I am driving a brand new Camry, got more for my Pontiac G6 than I hoped for?.and lowered my monthly payment?..with, no money down).

I recently purchased a new Toyota Tacoma from Janzen dealership. The vehicle was what I wanted and the price was competitive. Mr. Janzen, the Salesman Grant, and Business Manager Foster were great to work with on my purchase. We have purchased 4 vehicles in the past ten years at Janzen's. The staff have always made the car purchasing experience more than pleasurable. I also think their service department is the best! Jessie and the other service reps are friendly and knowledgeable. We will continue to do business with the Janzen Toyota dealership.

I bought a red Camry Hybrid you (Greg Feher) in mid April and we couldn't be happier with it! Last fill-up we got 42.4 MPG. We got 39.2 the fill-up before so we are suprised how well it is doing. The Hybrid just does not give you the feel that you are driving a 4 cyclinder, because when you need power it's got it.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for such a wonderful car buying experience. I never have understood why other dealers think it should be difficult and painful to buy a car. Up until now, I would get sick at the prospect of buying a car. I was pleasantly surprised after my car buying experience with Jerry Gustafson and Janzen. It was easy, quick and I got what I wanted for a price I wanted. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone, just great customer service. I love my Sienna and look forward to driving it for years to come. Thank you for helping me love it even more!!!

I wanted to let you know just how much I am enjoying my new 2012 Prius. This was my fourth purchase from Janzen Toyota. I continue to purchase Toyota products because of their great reliability and low operating costs, but I continue to do business with Janzen Toyota because I have always received the very highest level of customer service. I now live in Little Rock, Arkansas, but I specifically made the trip to Stillwater when it was time for a new vehicle. Juergen, Grant, and the rest of the Janzen team went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect when I arrived on a tight schedule to pick-up my vehicle. At Janzen Toyota - Scion you will find an extremely knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. As soon as you walk through the doors you can immediately feel the Janzen difference, they offer a very relaxed atmosphere with no pushy sales staff or tactics. Most Dealers like to hide behind smoke & mirrors, not at Janzen. Foster Prescott is the most honest Business Manager I have ever dealt with in my life. And Ted Sebring will more than likely give you more for your trade than he should!! So go "Z" for yourself what a difference they can make for you!

I went in to get my old 2004 Honda Civic serviced for 150,000 miles. The service department was great and courteous while taking the time to explain certain items on the checklist that I was unfamiliar with. While waiting, one of the salesman offered me a beverage and asked if there was anything I wanted to go out and drive. I had been eyeing a new Tundra so I said sure. There was no pressure, and I loved the drive. When we got back, they kept the Civic and didn't charge me the inspection or any service charges and I had myself a new pickup!

I had been shopping for a car for about a year until I discovered Janzen Toyota Dealership. When I shop for vehicles, I like to hear both positive and negative points. Janzen was the first dealership that actually gave me the honest truth. I fell in love with a car that I found, and the next day was emailed back with another vehicle that was cheaper and in better condition. The only catch was it was 2 years older, but it had the same exact body style. Most dealers would have pegged me as an easy sale, but instead they have gained my trust and business for years to come. All previous connotations I had of car dealerships have been wiped away, thanks to Janzen Toyota!

I am a recent college grad and was looking to buy a tundra as my first car purchase on my own. I was helped right when I opened my door by Grant Rempel one of the salesman. He was very energetic and was genuine about helping me find a vehicle I would be happy with. He gave me some options on what I was looking for then made some suggestions that I did not know was even possible! He goes above and beyond what the "normal" car salesman usually does. He even gave me the option to add leather and heated seats to any vehicle for a very very reasonable price. This flexibility along with Grant's knowledge will have me coming back for future purchases as well as sending everyone I know his way to make sure they are treated right! If you are like me and tired of putting up with the usual car salesman run around then go let Grant and Janzen Toyota let the experience be as smooth as possible.

I went to Janzen Toyota to check out their inventory but still had the bad taste in my mouth from the sales people from other car dealerships. The first thing I told my wife before we went inside is that I refuse to buy a car today and that I'm only there to check out their prices. It wasn't long after that I walked out a proud new owner of a 2011 Toyota Camry. I dealt with Grant Rempel and his knowledge and professionalism sold me. Other dealerships had salespeople that did not even know their own inventory. The process was quick and simple. I also told my wife that we were sticking with our own financing option through a local banking institution. Well of course Janzen stepped up and delivered an extremely low rate that sealed the deal. I never thought I would rave about a dealership or a car salesman but Janzen Toyota and Grant Rempel really turned my thought process around. Thank you for amking my car purchase so easy and expect to see me for my next purchase.

After several weeks of going in circles on the internet to find an automobile that fit out needs, we took a friends advise and went to Janzen's in Stillwater. We not only found the vehicle we wanted but also met some very nice people to deal with. From the sales thru the paperwork we are very happy at Janzen's. We live in Ponca City and wanted to deal locally. Now I have an excuse to go to stillwater, for our service work and go to some great eating places and enjoy the college atmosphere.

My name is Jerry Cunningham from Guthrie. I'm a regular customer for oil changes on my 2005 Tundra I originally purchased it in Altus. The service you guys have provided me has always been great in protecting my investement. I did my research before my retirement from the Army. I knew I couldn't go wrong with a Toyota that would last me through my retirement years. Thanks for hooking me up with my headache rack too. As far as I'm concerned, I have a bad-a** truck.

I was recently in Stillwater for an oil change and decided to look at cars for my second investment....a car for my wife (Lisa) who has not drove in over ten years!! I needed something reliable and safe that she could handle. This is the day I met Greg Feher.

What can I say; I was so impressed with Greg's knowledge of the product and his personal character. He had me locked in from the start. When he told me of his years of service to Toyota, I immediately trusted him. As a career military man, I admire anyone with enough dedication to be a "company man."

The car I bought was a program car that did not have floor mats. Greg made a desperate attempt to dig under a desk in a back office to find some. When we came up empty, he made sure I got a discount to order new floor mats for the car....outstanding!

I had to be sneaky, because I wanted to buy the car for my wifre's Birthday. As far as she knew, I was in Stillwater for just an oil change and rotation. Greg and Foster both, KICKED ADMINISTRATIVE BUTT to get me out of there quick without suspicion. Three cheers for Foster as well. He gave up lunch with HIS wife to make sure MY wife was taken care of.

When Lisa got the car she started balling. She was caught completely of guard and she LOVES the car. She handles it well and it's easy for her to drive. Knowing that it's a Toyota, I'm not going to have to worry about the car's dependability when she's on the road.

Huge thanks to a job well done! Now I have two Toyotas for oil changes....see you on the next one!

In January of this year, my wife and I came to the  Janzen dealership to look at Toyota Tacoma pick-ups. We had been in contact with Grant, the Internet Sales Manager, several times by email and telephone since September, at which time I had seen this years model of Tacoma at the state fair. Grant was invaluable to the process of finalizing my decision, and spent a large amount of his time helping to find the exact model and features that I wanted. He was polite, helpful and in no way was he ever pushy in trying to get me to buy right now. When we came on the lot, he had the exact truck I wanted ready to drive. While the process of buying the car was under way, every member of staff was polite and helpful to me, my wife and all three children with me. Grant was very attentive to detail in making sure that I received exactly the vehicle I wanted and the deal I was offered was outstanding. Moreover, Grant heard a passing remark between my wife and daughters about a Corolla and when we returned to the lot for detailing the next day, he had the specific car she had pointed out washed, detailed and fully fueled for  a test drive. The terms offered were far too good to pass up and we bought it. Again, everyone from Grant through the business office to the service department were polite, friendly and quick in their service. I have bought 12 vehicles from dealers before this one, and it has always been a major headache. I have always had to contend with sales people who insist on showing me the vehicle they think I should buy instead of the one I want, a sales process that takes so long I was mentally numb by the end, and price negotiations designed to get me to pay more than I told those other dealers I could afford. None of that happened with either vehicle sale at Janzen. The best price was offered right up front. Grant was meticulous in making sure that we had exactly the vehicles we wanted. The sales office managers were as quick as the credit union approval office would let him be and the whole process was less than 2 hours per vehicle. We were so thrilled with the buying process, we have recommended the dealership and Grant specifically to all of our friends and family.

 Since then, we have utilized the service department five times for routine maintenance and a check engine light. From the service ticket writer to the cashier, everyone was courteous and professional. We were treated to complimentary beverages and free Wi-Fi in the comfortable waiting area. At one point, I met with the dealership owner, who was very personable and down to earth, never in any way giving the impression that any of the dozen tasks he had waiting was more important than engaging with me about my truck. I will be buying any more vehicles that I purchase from this dealership.

First let me start by saying I am very happy with the service I have recieved at Janzen Toyota, in particular with Grant Rempel. This was by far the best dealership I went to. There was no pressure and a friendly atmosphere when I started looking for my vehicle. Now I expect pushy dealers and over priced cars, but I must say I was glad to be wrong this time. Grant helped me out so much with my first car buying experience, that I decided to come back to him for another car when I needed to get a second vehicle. You have definitely made a customer for life, and I will make sure to direct anyone I know to your establishment. I know that if all the other Sales People are like Grant, there will be good experiences all around. Thank you again for your time, and thank you for caring about your customers. It's rare thing these days.

I purchased my first Toyota at Janzen Toyota on Febuary 18th, 2011. Must say that it is the first dealership where no one pressured me. I had in my mind what I wanted. The Salesman was willing to work with me and was very helpful. The dealership was all very courteous and the work shop was clean and neat. I will go back to Janzen for my next Toyota.
